At Muck Rock, we pride ourselves on creating custom, hand-made items, which means production times may vary. Please allow additional time for your order to be crafted with care.
Domestic Shipping
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International Shipping
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please note that customs processing times can also affect delivery schedules
Returns
All sales are final. Each item is custom-made to order, which is why we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please use our contact page, and we'll do our best to resolve any issue.
